While the Graduate School doesn’t currently supply funding for membership to these organizations, we ourselves maintain memberships in these organizations, go to conferences, and try to help our graduate students make connections with those we know within these organizations. In addition, we have occasionally been able to help support travel to conferences for these organizations (or supplement other support received from departments). We would love to engage with you, introduce you to folks, and travel with you so you can network, get feedback on your work, and learn about shifting paradigms in your field!
