Summer Horizons

Summer Horizons is a half-day program for undergraduate students and others interested in learning more about graduate school admission, particularly in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields at UMBC. The workshop complements general programming that often is a component of summer research programs and will help answer questions such as “Why UMBC?”,  “What do I need to know about succeeding in UMBC’s application process?”, and “What is special about being a grad student at UMBC?”. There will also be an opportunity to network with UMBC graduate program directors, faculty, and graduate students.

Summer Horizons 2023

We will host Summer Horizons on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, from 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM in UMBC Campus, Performing Arts and Humanities Building (PAHB), 1st floor.
