UMBC celebrated the opening of the Science Learning Collaboratory in a festive event featuring remarks by Senator Barbara Mikulski, Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) President Robert Tijan, President Hrabowski and CNMS Dean Bill LaCourse.
