Starting at 8:01 am today, Kuali Protocols for IRB system is available for IRB submissions and other related actions for legacy and new protocols.

Questions and Assistance

The ORPC staff are ready to assist and service IRB submissions through Kuali. We have posted virtual question/answer sessions on our myUMBC page to any questions you may have throughout the initial phase of Kuali IRB implementation.
